What to include

To help us help you faster, please include as much of the following as you can in your email:

  • Your name and best contact number.
  • The address or location where the issue is occurring.
  • What’s going wrong — describe the problem in plain language. Photos or screenshots help.
  • When it started and whether anything changed recently (new equipment, power outage, ISP work, etc.).
  • How urgent it is — is anything down, or is this a scheduled-time-OK request?

Response times

We respond to support email the same business day during regular hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm). Outside those hours, we reply first thing the next business morning. For active outages, please mark the email as URGENT in the subject line.
